Where does the information come from?
Publicly available Tasmanian sources such as LIST mapping, council planning schemes and service provider information, combined with what you tell us about your plans. If you have a PlanBuild report or LIST details, you can paste them into the form.
Is this a replacement for a building inspection or legal advice?
No. It's a research starting point to help you decide whether a property is worth pursuing and what to ask. Always confirm with the council, a conveyancer or solicitor, and qualified inspectors before you buy. See our disclaimer.
Can you visit the property for me?
Yes. Our Boots on the Ground add-on means we visit in person, call you from the block, and send real photos and video with our honest take. It's quoted based on where the property is. Find out more.
